Dinner!

Made this for dinner tonight and it was so fabulous that I thought I’d share!

Cheesy Chicken Biscuit Cups
Serves 5

1 can (10 count) refrigerated biscuits
1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup chopped onion (or 2 tbsp dried minced onion)
1/8 tsp black pepper

1 serving (2 biscuit cups) = 250 calories, 27 carbs, 9 fats, 15 protein, 2 fiber
